Benign prostate hyperplasia is quite common

A very common condition with men who are older than 30-years of age is benign prostate hyperplasia. This is a state where the prostate gland naturall grows too big, and because it is located right under the bladder and basically surrounding the urethra, it starts having effects on the urination of the individual. Once it gets bigger the very first symptoms is frequent need to urinate. This happens because the person is unable to completely fill the bladder because he is inable to generate enough pressure in his abdomen to fully evacuate all the urine through the urethra that is being compressed by the overgrown prostate.

The need to urinate more often than usually is the very first thing that is noticed once someone has BPH.   2. Eat grapes. Grapes contain resveratrol which has been linked to a lower DHT level.
  3. Avoid estrogen producing foods - estrogen speeds up the growth of the prostate too. Beer makes a man produce estrogen like a women. AVOID BEER!
